Instructions: Combine potatoes, onions and bread pieces into large casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Melt margarine and cheese together. Pour over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes or until bubbly, hot, and brown. -------------v2.0

I don't know what Velveeta cheese is, but this sounds really nice! It could possibly be jazzed up with a few bacon pieces - as a vegetarian I'd obviously use veggie bacon bits made by a famous herb/spice producer.

velveeta cheese is a processed cheese product made with i dont know what. It looks like cheese, tastes like cheese it just isnt quite cheese. It is easy to cook with
