Carry-In Casserole

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 lb. ground beef 2 c. diced celery 1 c. chopped onion 1 can Chinese vegetables 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 3 c. cooked rice -- (3 to 4)
Brown beef, celery and onions. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed. Place in a lightly greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
