Swiss Steak With a Kick for the Crock Pot

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 lbs round steaks -- cut into four pieces 1 teaspoon garlic powder all-purpose flour 1/4 cup vegetable oil 15 ounces Rotel tomatoes 1 medium onion -- cut into strips 2 medium bell peppers -- cut into strips 3 cups cooked rice
Season steak with garlic powder. Dust with flour. Brown in vegetable oil. Combine remaining ingredients with browned steak in crock pot. Add 1/2 can of water. Cook on low 8 hours. Serve over rice. 1/2 day | 15 min prep SERVES 4 -6
