Never-Fail Blueberry- Peach Pie

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 pounds fresh peaches -- peeled & sliced 2 cups blueberries 1 cup sugar -- (generous cup) 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 dash nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 small lemon -- juiced 1 double pie crust (9 inch)
Mix peaches and blueberries with sugar. Let the mixture sit until the juices start to flow.
Add the remaining ingredients, and heat over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens. Pour into prepared pie crust, cut slits in top crust.
Convection bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
