MAPLE GLAZED RIBS

1 Strip baby back ribs -- cut in 2 pieces
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon marojam, dried
1 teaspoon black pepper -- freshly ground
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Blanch ribs in boiling water for 10 minutes, cool.
Mix the following well: mustard, oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, marojam, & black pepper
Brush meaty side of ribs with marinade, chill 1 hour.
Grill ribs on medium low, seasoned side up for 5 minutes. Turn over and BBQ 8-10 minutes longer.
Brush ribs with glaze consisting of maple syrup and the barbecue sauce.
Close lid and cook on low 10 minutes.
serves 1-2 depending on rib size
