DIJON SHRIMP 1

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 lb. shrimp 4 Tbsp. butter 4 Tbsp. oil 4 cloves minced garlic -- (4 to 6) juice of 1 lemon 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Melt butter and blend in all except shrimp. Marinate shrimp 2 to 3 hours in sauce. Broil 5 minutes at 450 degrees. Turn, broil 2 or 3 minutes until done. Remove; pour Dijon sauce over top.
