Ingredients: MMMMM------------------------INGREDIEN TS----------------------------- 3/4 c Evaporated milk 1 1/2 c Miniature marshmallows 1 tb Corn syrup 6 oz Semisweet choc chips 1 c Packed brown sugar 3/4 c Chopped walnuts or pecans 3/4 c Granulated sugar 1 ts Vanilla
Instructions: Butter an 8 inch square pan. Lightly butter side of heavy, medium saucepan. Combine evaporated milk, corn syrup, brown sugar and granulated sugar in prepared saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil. Wash down side of pan with pastry brush frequently dipped in hot water to remove sugar crystals. Continue to boil ten minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in heat-proof bowl. Pour sugar mixture over marshmallow mixture. Stir until chips melt. Spoon into prepared pan. Score fudge into squares with knife. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator. Submitted By JR BYERS On 12-15-95
