BANANA PECAN CRUNCH

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tb Butter 6 Bananas, peeled and sliced Crosswise 1/2 c Pecans, chopped 2 tb Molasses 1/2 c Brown sugar 2 tb Butter, melted
In an 11x7x1-1/2-inch baking pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter; layer bananas and nuts in pan. Drizzle with molasses. Sprinkle brown sugar and melted butter atop. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Serve with ice cream. Yield: 6
