MICROWAVE ROCKY ROAD FUDGE
4 ½ c confectioners sugar ½ c margarine 1/3 c cocoa ¼ c milk ¼ ts salt ½ c chopped oceans ½ c nini marshmallows 1 ts vanilla extract
* Line an 8 inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, extending over 2 sides of pan. Grease foil. In large microwave safe bowl combine confectioners sugar, butter, cocoa, milk and salt. Microwave on high (100%) 2 to 2 ½ minutes or until butter is melted. Add pecans, marshmallows and vanilla, stir until well blended. Pour into prepared pan. Chill 1 hour until firm. A use end of foil to lift from pan, cut into 1 inch squares and store into airtight container.
