After Dinner Mints
1 egg white 2 1/2c icing sugar sifted 1/8tsp peppermint extract red & green food coloring
Mix egg white & flavoring with enough sugar to make a stiff dough. Add coloring - 1 drop at a time - until reaching the desired color. Keep dough covered with plastic while working. Break off walnut sized pieces and roll into sausage like rolls. Using scissors snip into individual candies. Dry on cookie sheets for 24 hours. Store in air tight containers.
