ICECREAM CONE CUPCAKES
1 pkg cake mix, yellow or white
48 ea waffel style cones, (2 24 packs)
16 oz Icing, chocolate
16 oz Icing, Vanilla
*Preheat oven to 350 F.
*Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
*Spoon batter into cones , filling each 2/3 full.
*Place on large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan for easier handleing.
*Bake cones 20-22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
*Cool cones completely on wire rack.
*With small metal spatula (or butter knife) spread 2 tbs frosting on each cake. If desired use sprinkles.
