Pasta and Eggs
Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Side Dish
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 3/4 ounces liquid or frozen whole egg OR 1 large California Fresh Egg 1/4 teaspoon basil -- dried 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese -- grated 1 cup linguine -- cooked OR 1 cup spaghetti -- cooked
Mix egg with basil and Parmesan cheese.
Add cooked noodles and stir until well coated.
Place in omelet pan or on grill and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until egg is set and noodles are lightly browned.
Serve with fresh basil leaves and extra grated Parmesan.
