Easy Chuck Roast

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 can beef broth 1 can water (use beef broth can) Mini carrots 1 onion -- quartered 4 potatoes (or desired amount) Seasoned salt Ground black pepper Italian seasonings Oregano 1 roast
Put broth and water in large crock pot. Rub roast with seasonings and place in crock pot. Place veggies in crock pot. Put lid on and cook for about 8 hours on low.
