No Bake Oatmeal Cookies
My sister made these this year for her christmas party.. They were so good..
1 Stick Oleo or butter
2 1/2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Cocoa
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 Cups Quick Cooking Oatmeal
Combine oleo, sugar, peanut butter, milk and cocoa in a suacepan and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and beat in vanilla and oatmeal. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper or cookie sheet. Cool. Yeild: approximately 48 cookies.
