Monkey Paw Biscuits

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 cans refrigerated biscuits -- (3 oz) (3 to 12) 1/4 cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup brown sugar -- packed 3/4 cup butter
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly butter a Bundt pan. Combine the sugar and cinnamon. Set
aside. Separate the biscuits. Cut each one into fourths. Coat with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Stack in the bottom and around the sides of the prepared Bundt pan. Bring the evaporated milk,
brown sugar, and butter to a boil in a small saucepan until thickened. Pour over the biscuits.
Bake for 35 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from the pan. Serve warm. Makes 12 servings
