Cherry Chocolate Cake

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 18 oz. Devil's Food cake mix 2 cups Cool Whip 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries 1 Chocolate Frosting
Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour two (9-inch) layer pans. Prepare batter as directed on pkg. Divide batter evenly between pans. Bake and cool as directed on package. Fold chopped maraschino cherries into Cool Whip. Spread between cooled cake layers. Frost with Chocolate Frosting. Store in refrigerator.
