German-Style Chicken

4 medium chicken breast halves -- about 2 pounds
1/4 cup dusseldorf or horseradish mustard
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1/2 teaspoon sweet hungarian paprika
or 1/4 teaspoon hot hungarian paprika
1/2 cup soft rye bread crumbs
Skin chicken breasts. Rinse chicken; pat dry. Combine mustard, sherry, and paprika. Brush 2 tablespoons of the mustard mixture evenly over top of chicken. Place chicken, mustard side up, in a 3-quart rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, patting lightly. Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 45 to 50 minutes or till chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve with remaining mustard mixture.
