Amish Noodles

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup flour 1 egg 2 tbsp milk
Mix and roll out thin and cut into strips about 1 inch wide. Place in a warm dry place for 1 hour, then cook for 5 min until done. Great with beef or chicken.
