Graham-Buttermilk Bread 1

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups graham flour 1/2 cup corn meal 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 3 tbsp melted butter 1/2 cup maple syrup 2 cups buttermilk Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Combine the dry
ingredients. Mix the butter, maple syrup, and buttermilk together. Stir into the dry
ingredients. Blend well quickly. Fill the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes or
