Extra Crispy Chicken Thighs

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt-free seasoning blend 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 cup skim milk 4 chicken thighs -- skinned
Stir crumbs and seasonings together. Dip each chicken thigh into milk and dredge in cornflake mixture. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; place chicken in dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour until chicken is done. Makes 4 servings.
