Strawberry Shortcake Sundaes

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 18 strawberries 2 tsp sugar 2 slices -- ¥ 1 pound cake -- cut into cubes 8 scoops strawberry ice cream 3/4 cup hot fudge 1/3 cup heavy cream -- whipped and sweetened
Set aside 4 strawberries. Hull and slice the remaining berries. Toss with sugar. Set aside for 3 minutes. Divide the cake among 4 sundae glasses. Top each with a scoop of ice cream, 1 tablespoon of hot fudge, and some of the berry slices. Repeat. Finish with whipped cream and a whole strawberry on top. Makes 4 Sundaes
