Mustard-Rubbed Cube Steak

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard -- Grey Poupon® 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 1/4 pounds cube steak
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350° to 400°). Spray grill rack with nonstick nonflammable cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Rub mixture evenly over cube steak. Grill steak, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with Spicy Potato Wedges and Sour Cream–Ranch Dipping Sauce.
