Mother's Cloud Light Pancakes
Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amish breakfast Main Dish
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup Pillsbury flour 1 tablespoon white sugar 2 tablespoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg 2 tablespoons melted shortening 1 1/2 cups milk
Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add egg and shortening and pour in milk while stirring. Mix lightly until foamy. Bake on greased griddle. Serve with syrup and butter. Serves 4.
