Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies 1

1/4 cup Margarine -- softened
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
2 tbsp Corn syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup skim dry milk
1/4 cup Splenda Granular
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 t Salt
3/4 cup Rolled oats
1/2 cup Crispy rice cereal
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°
Beat the margarine and brown sugar together with an electric mixer on high
speed, until light and fluffy. Add egg, corn syrup & vanilla, beat well.
In a separate bowl stir together the flour, skim milk powder, Splenda®,
baking soda & salt.
With electric mixer on low speed, blend dry ingredients into the margarine
mixture. Stir in rolled oats, chocolate chips, & crispy rice cereal.
Drop by spoonfuls, 2" apart, on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 44 cookies.
