Apple Omelet
Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Breakfast Fruit
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 large tart apples 1 tbsp butter 1 cup sugar Cinnamon and other spices to taste such as nutmeg and mace to taste 4 eggs Peel the apples. Cover with water and cook to a very soft mush. Beat out all the lumps.
Add the butter and sugar and the spices. Let the mixture cool. Beat the eggs and add to
the butter mixture. Bake in a shallow, buttered dish for 15 to 20 minutes at 300 F until
