Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
2/3 lb. fresh pork
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs -- beaten
1 c. milk
Glaze:
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Combine meats, crumbs, pepper, eggs and milk, mix well. Form into loaf, make
a "ditch" in the top of the loaf. (Run the back side of a butter knife down
the middle a few times).
To prepare the glaze, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour glaze into
the ditch on top of the loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Baste occasionally

If you want to add flair you take the meat mixture and make it into patties.
You grease a baking dish and put a patties, a slice of pineapple and
patties. Than you glaze it with the above but I use the juice I drained off
and the brown sugar and dry mustard.
