Crock Pot Morning Casserole

INGREDIENTS
1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes -- (32 oz)
1 lb bacon diced -- cooked and drained or 1 lb. Cooked ham, cubed
1 medium onion -- diced
1 green bell pepper -- diced
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
12 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper or to taste
DIRECTIONS
Place a layer of frozen potatoes in slow cooker, followed by a layer of bacon, onions,
green pepper and cheese. Repeat layering process two or three more times, ending with a
layer of cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over crock pot mixture,
cover, turn on low heat and cook 10-12 hours.
