Haystack Dinner

4 cups uncooked rice
3 lbs. Ground beef
2 jars spaghetti sauce
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 cups milk
2 heads lettuce -- chopped
6 tomatoes -- diced
1 large jar olives -- diced
1/2 lb. Soda crackers -- crushed
2 pkgs. Corn chips -- crushed
2 cups nuts or sunflower seeds -- chopped
1. cook rice according to directions.
2. Brown ground beef and add spaghetti sauce. Cook until heated through.
3. Add milk to cheddar cheese soup and heat through.
4. Put each item in separate dish and pass in following order: soda
crackers, rice, lettuce, corn chips, tomatoes, olives, nuts or sunflower
seeds, ground beef and cheddar cheese soup.
5. Guests take a portion of each and slowly build a haystack of
ingredients.
Makes 12-15 servings
