Recipe By :Billy Maynard Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Bbq List Desserts
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cans peaches, large cans -- or use fresh peaches 1 cup peach brandy 1/4 pound butter 1 cup milk 2 cups flour
Melt butter in a 8x11x3 pan, add peaches and brandy, mix milk and flour pour into pan, stir one time and put into smoker. Takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. It sure be good.
Note: I think they are a freestone peach, well anyway, I have this tree in back yard that I know is over twenty year old and we can get peaches for about two cobblers a year from it. Most time I just buy sliced peaches in the can, two big cans to the cobbler.
