Ingredients: 3 to 4 pounds beef chuck roast 1 can beer (12 ounces) 1 bottle ketchup (14 ounces) 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
Mix the sugar and beer and ketchup; put chuck roast beef in slow cooker or crockpot.
Cook on high 6-8 hours or until you can easily cut and shred the beef by running a knife through it.
Serve shredded barbecue beef on fresh rolls.
Good with a green salad and corn on the cob.
