Mae's Meatloaf

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 pounds Hamburger 3 each eggs, large -- raw 12 cups instant potato flakes 1 small onion, raw, dicrd -- yellow salt -- to taste pepper -- to taste onion salt or flakes -- to taste 16 ounces tomato sauce 6 ounces tomato paste
For food safety either mix using spoon or wear gloves. mix all ingredients except potato flakes until blended. Slowly add potato flakes ,until mic holds together well. Form into oiled meatloaf pan and bake 10 minutes. Spread catsup over meatloaf and cook for another 15-25 minutes, or until done.
