Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 can tomato paste -- (6 ounce) 1 can tomato sauce -- (8 ounce) 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat -- cubed 1 can kidney beans 1 medium onion -- chopped 1 tablespoon chili powder -- (1 to 2) 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco or hot sauce -- (1/2 to 1)
Place all ingredients in crockpot. Mix well and cover. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
