Teriyaki Chicken

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 16 ounces pineapple chunks in light syrup -- drained and reserve juice 6 ounces teriyaki sauce
Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Add pineapple juice and teriyaki sauce, cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-6 hours. Add pineapple chunks about 30 minutes before chicken is done. Serve over rice.
