Roast Beef and Gravy
This was very yummy and very easy to make. This is one of my husband's favorites.

1 boneless beef chuck roast (3 pounds) 2 10 3/4-ounce cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1/3 cup sherry, wine or beef broth 1 envelope onion soup mix
Cut roast in half' place in a slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until meat is tender.
Note: This roast makes it's own wonderful gravy. Round out this meal by serving it with mashed potatoes and a veggie of your choice.
