Raw Potato Pancakes

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 1/2 c. grated -- raw potatoes 2 eggs -- well-beaten 1 Tbsp milk 1/2 c. flour 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt
Mix potatoes with eggs and milk. Combine dry ingredients and add to potatoes. Cook on well-greased griddle until brown on both sides.
