Pineapple-Cheese Pie

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 can sweetened condensed milk -- (14 oz) 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 pkg cream cheese -- (8 oz) softened 1 can crushed pineapple -- (15 oz) well drained 1 graham cracker pie crust -- (9-inch)
In a mixing bowl, combine condensed milk, lemon juice and cream cheese. Beat slowly at first until smooth. Fold in well-drained pineapple and mix well. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust and chill for 8 hours before slicing.
