Enchilada Casserole

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 lb. ground beef 1 packet taco seasoning mix 1 can tomato sauce -- (16 oz.) 1 can Enchilada Sauce (El Paso -- Mild) 1 pkg. white corn tortillas (12 to 16) 8 oz. mild cheddar cheese
Brown beef, drain and add taco spice. Mix tomato sauce and enchilada sauce in bowl. Layer tortillas, sauce, meat and cheese; beginning on bottom of dish. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
