Cinnamon Apple Biscuits
Recipe By : Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Breads
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 5 whole biscuits -- from refrigerated tube; use "Grands." 1/4 cup butter 1 1/4 cups sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 Granny Smith apples -- peeled, cored and sliced 1/4 cup apple juice, frozen concentrate
Cut biscuits into quarters. Dip them into butter and coat in cinnamon sugar.
Arrange biscuits in 8-inch round cake pan. Fill in apples pieces between the biscuits. Sprinkle any remaining butter and cinnamon sugar mixture over the top. Drizzle thawed apple juice over the top.
Bake in preheated 375 degrees F oven 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
