Lemon Pie
8” pie pan
2 graham crackers
Crush and place in pie pan
IN BLENDER
1 1/3 c. cottage cheese
1 1/3 c. dry powdered milk
2 tsp. Lemonade crystal drink w/ nutrasweet
Yellow food coloring
¼ c. water
4-8 pkg. Sweetener
½ pkg. Knox gelatin dissolved in ¼ c. boiling water
¼ c. cold water
2-3 ice cubes
pour into pie pan and chill.
