Freezing Garlic

Freeze the bulbs whole (especially the smaller ones) and take one out and use it as needed and that they were great for cooking. Although you have to use the whole bulb immediately as it would rapidly deteriorate.
You can also separated cloves in freezer bags,
They work great in soups, stews, pesto, salsa and pasta sauces.
