Hot Club Sub Sandwich
16 ounces loaf French bread, split lengthwise -- halved 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and drained 1/3 pound thin sliced baked ham 1/2 pound thin sliced baked ham 1/2 pound thin sliced cooked turkey 1/2 pound thin sliced provolone cheese 4 plum tomatoes, sliced shredded lettuce mayonnaise dijon mustard
Heat toaster oven to about 400ºF. Cut French loaf in half crosswise and lengthwise. Spread bottom and top of bread with mayonnaise, and season with salt, pepper and dijon mustard to taste. Pile on the lunchmeats on bottom half, and lay cheese and then bacon on top half of bread.
Place open face on toaster oven pan. Toast 10 or so minutes, until cheese is melted and sub is toasted. Remove from oven and layer tomato and lettuce on top of meats, then cover with top half of bread loaf.
