Cheese Hamburger Grits Justin Wilson

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound ground beef chuck 1 cup regular grits 5 cups water 2 1/2 tsp salt Louisiana hot sauce to taste Worcestershire sauce to taste 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese Garlic powder to taste
Mix all the ingredients together in a large saucepan and cook until the grits are firm, or the way you like them. Then put the mixture in the top of a double boiler, cover, and cook for about 1 hour over low heat.
