Herbed Ham Frittata

6 eggs
3 egg whites
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese (2 ounces)
1. Beat eggs, egg whites, chives, parsley, salt and pepper in medium
bowl with
fork or wire whisk until well mixed.
2. Melt butter in ovenproof 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Pour egg
mixture into hot skillet; sprinkle with ham and cheese. Reduce heat to
medium-low. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
3. Set oven control to broil. Broil frittata with top 4 to 5 inches
from heat
about 2 minutes or until light golden brown. Cut into wedges.
