Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 ounce Vodka 1 ounce Cream of Coconut 2 ounces Pineapple Juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until fairly smooth.
Serve in a collins glass. Garnish with cherry and/or pineapple slice
and a straw.
