"Perfectly Chocolate" Sugar Free Hot Cocoa

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 tablespoon Hershey's Cocoa 1 dash salt 1 cup nonfat milk 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Sugar substitute with sweetening equivalence of 2 tablespoons sugar
Mix cocoa and salt in mug. Heat milk in microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 1/2 minutes or until hot. Gradually add hot milk to cocoa mixture in mug, stirring until well blended. Stir in vanilla and sugar substitute. 1 serving.

Reviewer: kywildcat1954 I made this recipe only instead of a measuring tablespoons I used a heaping kitchen teaspoons (not iced tea spoon). I used Splenda granular and it came out sooo good. Now I can have real hot cocoa again. Thanks!
Reviewer: cgga This is pretty good cocoa to be sugar free, I like a little more chocolate, I added another tablespoons of cocoa.
