CRACKER TOFFEE 2 Sticks of unsalted Butter 1 Cup Brown Sugar 112 oz Pkg of White Chocolate Chips 1 column of Saltine Crackers (approx)
1.) Line a cookie sheet (w/ sides) with foil and spray with Pam. 2.) Cover entire surface of foil with crackers edge to edge, 1 layer only. 3.) Melt butter and sugar in saucepan, stir constantly. Boil 3-5 minutes.add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 4.)Pour syrup over the saltines,sprinkle white chocolate chips on top 5.)Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until honey colored. (keep an eye and don't scorch it) Remove from oven. 6.) Cool completely (overnight) Break into pieces.
