Homemade Egg Substitute - 3g Carbs, Fiber0g

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 egg whites 2 tsp nonfat dry milk powder 1 tsp canola oil 1 drop yellow food coloring
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Use as a substitute for 1 egg. Yield: 1 serving Nutrition per Serving: 90 Calories, 5g Fat, 0g Saturated Fat, 1mg Cholesterol, 127mg Sodium, 3g Carbs, 0g Fiber, 9g Protein
