Creamed Horseradish Sauce
2 Tbsp. butter 2 Tbsp. flour 1 1/4 cups light cream salt white pepper 3 Tbsp. vinegar 2 Tbsp. sugar 2-3 Tbsp. freshly shredded horseradish
Melt butter in small saucepan.
Add flour and stir for a few minutes. Add cream, a little at a time, while stirring. Add salt, white pepper, vinegar, sugar and horseradish. Stir until thickened.
Serve over boiled, boned chicken meat. -ErikPanum
