SATAY Sauce
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup sherry
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve warm or at room temperature.
