Pork Chop and Fried Cabbage
"From Our Home to Yours" Ozark First Church of the Nazarene 2004
4 Pork Chops 1 head of Cabbage, chopped 1 large Onion, chopped 1 cup Whole Mushrooms Salt and pepper, to taste Crushed Red Pepper
Brown Pork Chops in a small amount of oil. Once browned, place cabbage, onions and mushrooms on top of Pork Chops. Cover with water and place a lid on the pan. Cook on low for 35 minutes. Season with Salt,pepper and red pepper to taste.
